Let's chat about Neurodiversity.

• Autism.

• Dyscalculia.

• Dyslexia.

• Dyspraxia, or Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD).

It's estimated that around 1 in 7 people (more than 15% of people in the UK) are neurodivergent.

Having grown up with family members who are neurodiverse I can really appreciate the true beauty of a neurodivergent mind, quirks and all.

So as a Virtual Assistant and supporting neurodiverse business owners has come as a real privilege.

A helping hand from me and funding from "The Access to Work Government Scheme" has enabled my clients to excel and achieve some great things.

You might be thinking "What's the Access To Work?"

OK, let me explain...

'Access To Work' is a government scheme in the UK that provides practical support (in my client's case Admin & Marketing Support) to disabled people and those who are neurodiverse.

The scheme provides financial assistance for special equipment, support workers, and travel expenses and is open to both employed and self-employed individuals.

Remember having a neurodivergent mind is not something that should be hidden, its a gift
